We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support our clients’ growth through smart strategy, hands-on execution, and clear reporting. This role requires both creative and analytical skills, with a strong focus on managing Facebook Ads, Google Local Services Ads, and delivering consistent performance improvements across a high volume of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facebook Advertising: Design, launch, manage, and optimize Facebook Ad campaigns for multiple clients; monitor performance and refine strategies for better ROI.
  • Google Local Services Ads (LSA): Meet with clients to guide them through the setup, verification, and optimization of their Google LSAs. Provide ongoing support and ensure listings meet performance goals.
  • Account Monitoring & Optimization: Track and assess performance across hundreds of client accounts. Identify underperforming accounts, flag issues early, and recommend data-driven improvements to drive consistent month-over-month gains.
  • Client Communication: Act as a digital marketing advisor—clearly communicating results, progress updates, and strategic recommendations to clients.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage and analyze performance data at scale
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-first mindset
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Lighthouse, and ad platform dashboards
  • Basic design capabilities; comfortable using Canva or similar tools for ad creative
  • Experience with Facebook Ads and Google Local Services Ads setup and performance management
