Why We Need You:

We're searching for a dynamic Director of Business Insights & Analytics lead the transformation of raw data into actionable insights that guide strategy and tactics across the organization. This role combines domain expertise, storytelling, and analytics to empower leadership teams with clarity around performance, customers, and market trends.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and deliver dashboards, visualizations, and narrative reports across finance, marketing, sales, customer success, and operations.
  • Uncover performance trends, growth levers, and areas for operational improvement using financial and business data.
  • Partner with GTM, Product, and Ops leaders to translate insights into strategic decisions.
  • Lead predictive analytics and modeling for demand generation and revenue forecasting, customer segmentation, retention risk, and product usage.
  • Key contributor or owner of facilitating OKR setting, quarterly business reviews, and board meeting preparation.
  • Mentor analysts, promoting data literacy and insight-driven culture.

Your Working Experience

  • 7–10 years in business intelligence, strategic planning, finance, or analytics roles, preferably in high-growth tech or SaaS.
  • Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and familiarity with ETL pipelines and data warehouses, strong data storytelling ability.
  • Ability to work across business functions and translate analytics into influence.
  • Set and enforce standards for data governance, quality, and documentation.
