Mission
Reporting directly to the CTO, you will lead a talented team of over 20 software developers, focusing on scaling our highly successful product to meet increasing demands. This role is pivotal in guiding our engineering processes, team development, and technological advancements, ensuring our product not only meets but exceeds customer expectations during our phase of accelerated growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive the delivery of a high-quality product, exceeding customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the product team to create and execute comprehensive roadmaps, ensuring top-quality implementation.
- Proactively collaborate with customer-facing teams to reduce the number of customer-reported bugs
- Partner with architects to transform and scale the product for 100x growth.
- Optimise and measure engineering processes to double the team's output within the first year, while simultaneously halving the number of bugs.
- Recruit, build, and lead a top-tier engineering team across various regions and time zones, enhancing the hiring process, offering expert technical guidance, and fostering career development.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years in software development, with 5+ years in leadership managing teams of 20+ engineers.
- 5+ years of .NET experience.
- Proven leadership and management skills, capable of motivating and guiding teams to achieve objectives.
- A meticulous and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Experience operating with an AI first approach
- Experience in scaling products and engineering teams during rapid growth phases.
- Expertise in managing high-load, secure, and scalable systems, ensuring robust performance under peak demands.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and system resilience strategies.
- Adaptability to thrive in a high-intensity startup environment, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Receptiveness to feedback and diverse viewpoints.
- Ideally based on the East Coast
- Demonstrated experience in working within international environments.
- Fluency in English.
