Director, Foundry, Security Solutions Product Development
Job Overview:
Develops new products and services or new features on existing offerings. Creates design specifications and defines functional and technical requirements. Research new technologies and competitive products to develop new product ideas and enhancements. Performs launch-related activities associated with new or highly customized product implementations. Defines business and technical requirements and manages the relationships of technical resources and the Global Technology Organization to maintain and build out platforms. Executes against Sales & Marketing campaigns.
Role:
• Drives new product development including exploration of new opportunity spaces, contributing to product strategy and partnering with cross-functional teams to design, develop and deliver new Products • Demonstrates an understanding of fraud and financial crimes risk management• Demonstrates a full understanding of business context and market dynamics including Regulatory, Legal, Competitive and Technology landscapes• Lead by example with hands-on approaches to demonstrate product management excellence and share best practices, especially related to use of AI in product development lifecycle• Partner with Servicing teams (e.g. GCC, Biz Ops) to ensure that the new Product has a robust E2E servicing plan that enables a great end user and customer experience• Partner with external stakeholders and business development teams to facilitate learning and early-stage co-creation with customers• Partners with Security Solutions Product Management to source new product concepts and execute against accelerated development timelines

Education:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience desirable
Knowledge / Experience:
• Experience of payments industry and/or financial services experience• Specific knowledge of product development functions
Skills/ Abilities:
• Understanding of general product development concepts and practices (e.g., design thinking, agile)• Ability to multi-task, establish priorities and work independently• Solid organization and project management skills• Solid verbal and written communications skills• Ability to understand and analyze financial information• Ability to influence without authority and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
