About THE ROLE

The Director of Marketing, Hub North is responsible for leading Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein Omni-Channel Brand Marketing. The Director of Marketing is ultimately accountable for the inspiration and connection to the consumer whilst delivering commercial returns elevating brand equity. This a true visionary, strategic and people leadership role and sits as part of the Hub North Leadership team. This role reports directly into the Managing Director of Hub North and dotted lines closely with the Chief Marketing Officer brand leads along with the European & Global headquarters.

Responsibilities include:

  • Strategy adaptation: Adapt global & EMEA brand strategy and craft the long-term Hub North Marketing vision and strategy (for both CK and TH) constantly placing the consumer at the centre whilst connecting the marketing vision, purpose and priorities to the wider regional Power Plan.
  • Market & Consumer Insights: Work closely with the EMEA Marketing teams to adjust Hub strategies to reflect local customer behavior and region-wide trends for specific countries within Hub North.
  • Partnership with Hub North Leadership: Along with EMEA peers, partner with Hub SLT to understand business decisions, provide marketing, consumer and digital strategic input to support strategic implementation and success measures
  • Lead market execution: Ensure local marketing roll-out: plan activations for O&O retail, wholesale, and pure player within the framework provided and constantly referring back to the PVH+ Plan.
  • Team management and performance: Role model, the PVH Leadership Behaviour’s along with inclusive and adaptive leadership and lead full multi-functional Marketing team covering Omni-Channel Marketing, Digital & Influencer led marketing, across multiple geographical locations.
  • Invest into others by understanding their capability, performance and potential, ensuring each Associate has a clear development plan, driving their own and therefore business performance forward
  • Contribution to business strategy: Constantly ensure alignment cross-functionally within the Hub, other European and Global teams, creating synergies and partnership to ensure teams work seamlessly together.
  • Connect with the Hub North Business Strategy team to identify new opportunities, using this to create new marketing plans and plan for high potential return on investment
  • Budget management: Own the marketing budget and results. Create and lead marketing budget plans that drive commercial success, focusing people and financial resource to high impact initiatives whilst remaining agile
  • Functional leadership: Exercise full leadership authority to run the Marketing function, including performance reviews, pay decisions, recruitment, discipline, termination and other personnel actions
  • Go-To-Market integration: Be a strong business partner with Wholesale and Retail; understanding commercial needs to execute local marketing plans and input into the GTM process, that deliver business priorities and ensure ensuring that marketing efforts are effective with key players at the local level.
  • Brand Guardian: Act as a brand guardian for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein within the Hub, ensuring consistency in brand representation and that marketing efforts adequately reflect the brand vision
