The compensation for this position is commensurate upon experience, with a total compensation range between $120,000.00-$150,000.00 CAD in on target earnings.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive pipeline growth in North America through integrated, multi-channel marketing programs targeting developer and technical audiences.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns leveraging high-intent data, industry trends, and market insights to generate MQLs, SAOs, and revenue opportunities.
- Align marketing with regional sales goals, collaborating closely with Sales and BDR teams to ensure campaigns convert to pipeline and closed-won revenue.
- Lead multi-channel execution across digital, social, content syndication, paid media, events, email, and nurture programs to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Measure and report marketing impact with a focus on pipeline attribution, ROI, and continuous optimization.
- Mentor and guide program managers, fostering a results-oriented, data-driven approach to campaign execution.
- Stay ahead of developer marketing trends and innovative demand generation tactics to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation and pipeline growth.
- Demonstrated success in owning regional marketing programs and achieving measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Expertise in multi-channel campaign execution, including digital, paid media, events, and nurture programs.
- Strong understanding of developer and technical personas and how to engage them effectively.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in marketing automation, CRM (Salesforce), and attribution/reporting tools.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
