  • Lead and coach team members in data engineering and backend development, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning

  • Partner with HR leaders to translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies that optimize talent acquisition, retention, and development efforts

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in people analytics, continuously identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement

  • Partner with the Senior Director to prioritize initiatives and optimize workload for the team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Proven experience in people analytics, with a strong emphasis on engineering and data science

  • Demonstrated proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, as well as experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

  • Deep understanding of statistical methodologies and machine learning techniques, with a focus on their application in HR contexts

  • The ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical audiences

  • You are comfortable with ambiguity. You can work in an iterative and incremental way, balancing different inputs and constantly making trade-off
