We’re looking for a Director, Product Management to partner closely with Engineering to define and evolve how data flows across our platform. You’ll lead a team of Senior Product Managers responsible for data workflows and third-party integrations while staying hands-on as a contributor and close partner to Engineering. You’ll have a broad view across our data and integrations ecosystem, connecting the dots between how data arrives from external platforms, how it’s shaped and made useful within our tools, and where it needs to go to power the personalization our customers depend on. You’ll also be a key point of contact for external vendor relationships and a visible, trusted partner to our Partnerships, Sales, and Customer Experience teams. The role reports to the Vice President of Product Management.
Responsibilities
- Directly own product initiatives in the data ingestion and standardization space, partnering closely with engineering as a hands-on contributor
- Maintain a unified roadmap across a portfolio that spans data ingestion and normalization, event collection and processing, data workflows and orchestration, third-party integrations, and data governance, ensuring investments across these areas connect to broader company priorities including AI, personalization, analytics, and reporting
- Serve as a proactive partner to peer product teams who rely on the data platform, bringing them into roadmap decisions early, maintaining visibility into how this team's work affects their products, and contributing informed perspective on platform APIs and developer-facing integration surfaces
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior product managers across data workflow and integrations domains, with an eye toward each person's distinct growth path
- Serve as the senior point of contact for third-party vendor and partner relationships across technical and business development contacts
- Support the team in maintaining an active integration pipeline and consistently launching net-new partners that meet adoption and reliability benchmarks
- Stay ahead of the evolving marketing technology and data integration landscape, including emerging paradigms such as agentic platforms and Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Be a ruthless advocate for our customers in every interaction and decision
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, including people management of senior individual contributors
- Deep experience with data products, including ingestion, transformation, normalization, or workflow, and genuine curiosity about how data moves through complex systems
- Strong engineering partnership instincts, with fluency in data pipeline architecture, event streaming, ETL/ELT, and data warehouse design sufficient to engage credibly in architectural trade-off conversations
- Experience with marketing technology ecosystems including ESPs, MSPs, CDPs, and CRMs, with familiarity with modern data stack technologies such as Snowflake, Kafka, dbt, or Airflow
- Working knowledge of API design and developer-facing integration surfaces
- A natural coach who can develop people along genuinely different growth paths
- Skilled communicator across engineering, commercial, and external partner audiences
