The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow.
Mastercard is looking for a Director, Product Management, Enterprise Loyalty to drive growth of global Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) consulting. In CA&E, we help clients build stronger and more profitable relationships with their customers through our combination of data, technology platforms, marketing capabilities, and expertise. Consulting plays a critical role in delivering outcomes for our clients through our trusted advisory that additionally draws in the right solutions from CA&E to solve our clients' needs.
The Director, Product Management, Enterprise Loyalty Consulting will help shape the Enterprise Loyalty consulting vision. You will partner closely across Product, Marketing, Sales, Delivery, regional teams and external partners to build joint solutions, clear product narratives, strengthen go-to-market execution and ensure we deliver measurable value for clients, consumers and Mastercard.
What will you do?
• Strategy: Help define the vision and product strategy for Enterprise Loyalty consulting• Product innovation: Oversee and evolve a portfolio of solutions that drives consumer engagement strategy and Enterprise Loyalty for many of the world's leading Financial Institutions. • Go-to-market: Streamline our overall positioning and narrative to ensure our Enterprise Loyalty solutions are reaching clients effectively. Collaborate with product and sales to develop narratives that resonate in the market, and partner with our regional teams to build adoption and pipeline in local markets.• Client impact: Maintain a two-way dialogue with our consultants and sales teams to validate that we are delivering measurable client impact through the work we do.• Market Insights: Maintain awareness of competitive trends, emerging rewards models, partner ecosystems, and broader loyalty innovation across global markets• Product development: Support business case development, pricing inputs, packaging recommendations, and commercialization planning for new and enhanced consulting capabilities. Manage a product roadmap that balances short-term priorities with long-term aspirations.
What do you need to succeed?
• Experience leading loyalty and rewards at an established financial institution• Visionary thinking and proven record of owning outcomes• Experience in a matrix organization structure, managing and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders effectively• Exceptional lateral (across stakeholders) and longitudinal (along different time horizons) thinking coupled with deep intellectual curiosity• Consultative mindset with the ability to craft compelling, customer-tailored narratives• Ability to break down and communicate complex ideas in dynamic situations• High level of ownership, quantitative acumen, creativity, and entrepreneurship• Deep knowledge in financial institutions, payments, and marketing
The range below reflects the full pay band for this position. The actual pay range for this role will be $150,000 - $200,000.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in Canada, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive pay based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. This posting reflects one or more current openings on our team.
