In this strategic role, you'll be the driving force behind our market positioning and communication.

Your goal? Translate Coveo's unique power into clear, differentiating, and inspiring messages that resonate with our customers, partners, and employees. You'll shape the future of AI-powered digital experiences and help reinforce our position as a global leader in cloud-based customer experience solutions.

As Director of Product Marketing , you will:

  • Lead team of five product marketing experts in their quest to build a product and solution messaging that differentiates Coveo in the market.
  • Be the head of competitive intelligence and comparisons by working with cross-functional stakeholders and driving team research.
  • Build on our product launch and readiness framework, working cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales and Commercial Operations teams.
  • Articulate the value of Coveo’s solutions into tangible ROI metrics. 
  • Deliver Sales, Marketing and Partner enablement tools to help with acquisition and sales conversion.
  • Work closely with the field, partners, and analysts to position our products not only on the high level but also around individual new value that we bring to market.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
  • At least 10 years experience in B2B SaaS  product marketing, 5+yrs in  leadership.
  • You are  a strong speaker and a genuine leader and you love developing high-quality customer-facing presentations.
  • You have strong technical product management and marketing competency including business and market analysis.
  • You are a strategic thinker who also rolls up their sleeves to make things happen! 
What would make you stand out:
  • Background in customer service and support industry.
  • Previous roles in enterprise technology companies, particularly in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
  • Experience with Salesforce Cloud, ServiceNow, Adobe, or Sitecore.
