The Role

We’re looking for a Director of Revenue Strategy and Analytics to lead a high-performing team of senior analysts and drive the analytical backbone of Solink’s go-to-market strategy. This leader will own frameworks, models and insights that power revenue planning, forecasting, and decision-making across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Channel.

This role sits at the center of Solink’s growth engine – responsible for shaping strategy, driving operational excellence, and providing executive-level visibility into the health of our business.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Planning & Forecasting

  • Lead annual and quarterly revenue planning cycles in partnership with Finance and GTM Leadership

  • Build and refine integrated forecasting models that inform pipeline, bookings, and ARR performance

  • Translate business strategy into measure financial and operational plans

Revenue Modeling & Performance Frameworks

  • Own Solink’s top-down and bottoms-up revenue models, ensuring alignment between strategic goals and operational capacity

  • Deliver scalable modeling frameworks that connect demand generation, pipeline generation, conversion, productivity, and retention drivers

  • Build sensitivity and scenario models to evaluate growth investments, capacity shifts, and market dynamics

  • Partner with Finance on long-range planning, unit economics, and board-level forecasting inputs

Revenue Strategy & Insights

  • Partner with GTM leaders to identify growth opportunities and optimize conversion around the funnel

  • Develop frameworks for segmentation, territory design, capacity planning, and coverage optimization

  • Provide actionable insights on the end-to-end funnel including conversion rates, velocity, productivity, retention, and ROI

  • Drive board and exec-level reporting on GTM performance and strategic initiatives

Analytics Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of senior analysts focused on data modeling, visualization and strategic insights

  • Ensure data governance, accuracy, and accessibility across key GTM systems and data models

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with RevOps, Marketing, Sales and Finance to ensure unified data sources and consistent assumptions.

  • Collaborate with Demand Gen leaders to model outcomes for campaigns and optimize for ROI by channel, segment, and vertical.

  • Drive data-driven decision-making by translating analytics into actionable GTM recommendations.

Operational Execution

  • Partner cross-functionally to streamline GTM processes – from lead management to renewal forecasting

  • Champion data-driven decision-making across the organization

  • Create repeatable modeling frameworks and templates for use in quarterly planning and forecasting

  • Develop methodologies that integrate both top-down strategic planning and bottom-up operational performance tracking


What You Bring
  • 6–10+ years of experience in revenue analytics, business operations, or strategy within a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech company.

  • Advanced skills in data modeling, financial forecasting, and ROI analysis for pipeline and revenue.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).

  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing attribution tools.

  • Deep understanding of GTM funnels, pipeline generation, and conversion metrics.

  • Exceptional analytical rigor and the ability to translate data into business decisions.

  • Strong communication skills—able to present findings and recommendations to executives with clarity and impact.
