- Build a healthy, predictable pipeline and provide strong forecasting and commercial visibility.
- Help shape the sales organization, processes, and strategy as Emumba’s business scales.

- Demonstrated ability to build new business while expanding strategic accounts and partnerships.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, forecasting, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience mentoring or leading sales teams is a strong plus.
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in building relationships and closing business.
- Building a strong and repeatable AWS partner-led revenue motion.
- Growing and deepening Emumba’s Microsoft business.
- Opening new enterprise accounts, channels, and strategic partnerships.
- Building a qualified pipeline that supports sustained revenue growth.
- Helping establish a scalable sales organization and strengthening the SMB motion.
