Qohash is building the zero-copy data security control layer, enterprises need to adopt AI safely.

Our platform, Qostodian, helps large organizations discover, classify, govern, and remediate sensitive unstructured data across their most critical data sources without moving or copying the data. This zero-copy architecture reduces exposure, preserves data sovereignty, and allows enterprises to secure data directly where it lives.

This matters because AI adoption is increasing the risk, complexity, and urgency of enterprise data security. Before organizations can safely deploy AI agents, copilots, retrieval systems, or automated workflows, they need to know where sensitive data lives, who and what can access it, and how to enforce controls at scale.

Company culture is at our core

Our core values are more than just words, they are a way of life for us. We know that companies with a strong culture and a higher purpose perform better in the long run.

We will ask which of our values resonates most with you:

  • Pursuit of excellence
  • Resilience
  • Mission focus
  • Accountability
  • Embracing conflict
Who you are

You possess extensive knowledge of the U.S. enterprise cybersecurity sector, specifically within highly regulated fields such as healthcare and financial services. With a strong professional network already established in key hubs like Washington D.C., Boston, and New York, you are prepared to drive immediate hyper-growth for the organization.

You're a technical expert who bridges traditional enterprise architecture with AI-native approaches. You're comfortable with both legacy deployments and emerging AI-driven systems to deliver value to prospective customers and partners. You thrive in pre-sales environments where removing technical uncertainty is key to earning buyers’  trust and advancing buying decisions. You take pride in acting as a trusted advisor to prospective customers and partners, deeply understanding their business challenges and translating them into compelling, real-world solutions.

You are a natural educator and persuasive communicator who effectively supports and contributes to the closing of complex enterprise sales. You bring deep curiosity for technology - especially cybersecurity -  and understand the importance of aligning technical success with business outcomes while embracing AI to get the job done.

What you will do
  • Serve as the trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, driving new business and expansion, leading customer technical engagements, such as demos, workshops, and pilots, to ensure seamless solution alignment from pre-sales to post-sales.
  • Lead technical discovery to assess enterprises of 5,000+ employees’ environments, identify gaps, and define success criteria that guide proposal design and accelerate deals.
  • Maintain awareness of the AI, DSPM, and data security marketspace, understanding how evolving AI capabilities support customer objectives, and clearly articulate the resulting business impact to technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Enable, support, and train partners on Qohash solutions to drive new revenue through partner-led and co-sell motions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support RFP responses, revenue-generating initiatives, and strategic expansion plans for existing accounts by defining additional use cases and value opportunities as a technical expert.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the competitive landscape, handle technical objections with credibility, and act as the voice of the customer internally, channeling product feedback, feature requests, and technical gaps to your teammates.
  • Develop technical narratives and demo environments that connect revenue conversations to real-world outcomes, aligned to regional requirements, training needs, and priority use cases, keeping pace with evolving product capabilities and roadmap.
  • Build and scale the US technical sales engineering function as Qohash grows.
  • Travel nation-wide to meet business requirements, i.e., attend in-person meetings, conferences, and trade shows, or support strategic opportunities as needed.
