All About You:
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently, manage complex programs, and drive strategic execution.• Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-stream programs with full ownership from strategy through execution.• Strong expertise in Agile delivery, Scrum practices, and CI/CD methodologies.• Proven track record of managing escalations, delivering large-scale initiatives, and leading cross-organizational efforts.• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues and decisions clearly to senior stakeholders.• Skilled in simplifying complex problems and driving continuous improvement.• Ability to build consensus, resolve contentious issues, and deliver results with minimal guidance.• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver measurable outcomes.• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred:
