About you

An enterprising, enthusiastic, and collaborative team player, you have the expertise and ability to bring fresh ideas and create impactful work that helps clients grow and thrive. You embrace new approaches and challenges to help you lead the industry into the future. 

You have experience in commercial real estate, providing high quality property valuations, market research and business development. You enjoy providing expertise and service excellence to clients, and leverage technology to make yourself more efficient. Company culture is important to you, and you work to grow your relationships and share your ideas to build better processes and procedures.

In this role, you will…

  • Demonstrate a passion for producing detailed and quality reports.
  • Foster client relationships by delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Work collaboratively to develop and drive strategic growth in your market.
  • Promote and advocate for the Colliers’ brand.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of related work experience
  • AACI designation
  • Standout collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with Argus Enterprise (preferred)
