ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Director of Wealth Solutions, Products, and Partnerships serves as the primary business architect for Apex's wealth initiatives, driving strategic growth through innovative product development and key partnerships. This role is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive wealth solutions, establishing strategic partnerships with product providers, and creating new revenue streams. The position requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical understanding, and relationship management skills to expand Apex's wealth management ecosystem and drive market leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Drive the strategic vision and roadmap for Apex's wealth solutions portfolio
Architect comprehensive wealth management solutions that address market needs and create competitive advantages
Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand Apex's wealth management offerings
Lead the development of business cases and strategic initiatives to drive growth
Partnership Development:
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key product providers across:
Mutual Fund companies
ETF providers
Managed Account platforms
Alternative Investment providers
Other financial product distributors
Create and optimize partnership economics to drive revenue growth
Negotiate partnership agreements and maintain strong relationship governance
Product Innovation:
Design and implement tailored product distribution programs
Drive product innovation to meet evolving market demands
Oversee the development of new wealth management solutions
Create differentiated value propositions for various market segments
Business Development:
Partner with Relationship Managers and Sales Directors to position Apex Wealth Solutions
Develop compelling presentation materials and sales strategies
Lead strategic client and prospect meetings
Create and deliver thought leadership content to support market positioning
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
15+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or related field
10+ years of experience in product development and partnership management
7+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced financial technology environment
Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong strategic vision with expertise in business planning, market analysis, opportunity identification, and translating trends into actionable initiatives with an innovation-driven mindset.
Proven leadership in building relationships, negotiating, influencing, mentoring teams, and delivering impactful presentations.
Comprehensive technical knowledge of wealth management products, financial technology, regulatory compliance, and business case development, including financial modeling expertise.

Salary Range
$198,880-$248,600The annual base salary range for this position is noted above. Exact compensation offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and office location.
