About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Active Directory Services Engineer to lead CrowdStrike's directory infrastructure strategy and operations. This role is critical in supporting our RBAC implementation through Active Directory optimization and integration with our identity platforms. As the Active Directory services expert, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our enterprise directory infrastructure while ensuring seamless integration with Okta and SailPoint. The ideal candidate will combine deep Active Directory expertise with strong automation skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.

What You'll Do:

Directory Infrastructure Management

  • Lead CrowdStrike's directory services strategy and architecture

  • Design and implement nested group structure for RBAC

  • Manage Active Directory/Azure AD infrastructure

  • Optimize directory synchronization with identity platforms

  • Maintain directory health and performance

Integration & Synchronization

  • Configure directory integration with Okta

  • Manage SailPoint directory connectivity

  • Implement automated group management

  • Design attribute synchronization flows

  • Maintain directory replication

Security & Governance

  • Implement directory security controls

  • Monitor directory access and changes

  • Enforce group naming standards

  • Maintain directory audit logs

  • Support compliance requirements

Automation & Optimization

  • Develop PowerShell automation scripts

  • Create directory management tools

  • Optimize group membership processes

  • Automate routine maintenance tasks

  • Build monitoring solutions

What You'll Need:
  • 7+ years of enterprise directory services experience

  • 5+ years hands-on Active Directory administration

  • Strong experience with Azure AD

  • Deep understanding of LDAP/LDAPS

  • Track record of successful directory optimization

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $100,000 - $155,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
