Your technical expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, and systems architecture—combined with your strong coordination and communication skills—will ensure we can respond quickly and effectively to any disruptive event. You'll play a key role in keeping our operations resilient and recovery-ready.

  • Coordinate communication with internal stakeholders and external clients during DR planning and execution

  • Lead cross-functional efforts to assess business impact and recovery requirements for critical IT services

  • Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses to identify infrastructure and DR readiness vulnerabilities

  • Collaborate with infrastructure, network, security, and application teams to design resilient, high-availability architectures

  • Plan and facilitate regular disaster recovery drills and simulations, including post-exercise reviews and reports

  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets, system dependencies, and recovery priorities

  • Monitor and enforce compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal governance

  • Maintain the C1 Disaster Recovery Management Standard and escalate non-compliance issues as needed

  • Deliver training and awareness sessions on DR practices to internal teams and key stakeholders

  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership, during crisis events

  • Support IT teams in meeting SOC 2 and other compliance requirements by gathering evidence and documentation

  • Partner with the Business Continuity Management (BCM) team to maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and conduct Business Impact Assessments (BIA)

What you'll have:

  • Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, or systems architecture

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in disaster recovery or business continuity planning

  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise network topologies, data center architecture, cloud platforms, virtualization, and storage systems

  • Proficient in using backup and recovery tools, monitoring systems, and disaster recovery automation frameworks

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB (preferred)

  • Experience with Azure-based disaster recovery processes (preferred)
