In this opportunity the IP Vendor Management Team is looking a new intern.
IP Vendor Management LATAM & Canada team is responsible for the management of Infrastructure Vendor / New Service Onboarding, maintenance of existing providers, contracts and invoice payments.
The intern will work on several activities requiring interaction with other technology teams across the region and with global teams. The intern is expected to benefit from the deep understanding of vendor management process including the onboarding of a new vendor, contracts management, invoice processing and accounting.
The intern will be closely supervised during the internship period.

- Payments processing for invoices related to technology vendors from LATAM teams
- Receive invoices;
- Validate Invoices;
- Obtain Approvals;
- Control documents;
- Controls Payment Archives;
- Generate metrics for vendor management process;
- Controls IP LATAM & Canada contracts;
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations to senior managers
Job Qualifications:
- Graduated students of Administration, Accounting /Finance or Engineering;
- Advanced English level
- Full-time availability
- 100% in person work
- Portuguese as a plus;
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access;
- Proficiency in Alteryx, Python and Tableau as a plus;
