AmeXio, partner in digital transformation, is the leading provider of cutting-edge and highly innovative solutions and services to help our clients stay ahead in an era of digital-first experiences.

WHO DO WE SEEK?

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business and grow existing accounts for our XML Structured Content Management (SCM) and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions. This is a strategic sales role where you will spend approximately 60–70% of your time hunting for new enterprise logos and 30–40% expanding relationships within existing customers.

You’ll build relationships and work closely with prospects and clients to understand their content, documentation, digital transformation challenges, and overall business objectives — and position our solutions to deliver measurable business value.

You’ll represent us at industry conferences and actively follow up on leads from events, marketing campaigns, partners, and other channels — building relationships and turning interest into opportunities.

Requirements
  • Build and maintaining relationships with decision-makers who oversee content management systems and digital transformation within target accounts.
  • Drive complex sales processes, from initial consultation to closing.
  • Identify, develop, and close new enterprise accounts in target industries.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve and exceed annual quota.
  • Develop account strategies to expand existing customer relationships.
  • Lead consultative, customer-centric discussions with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Partner with sales and presales, solution architects, technology partners, and delivery teams to craft proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms in line with company guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM data.
  • Binlingual (English- French)

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in software, SaaS, or professional services.
  • Strong track record of new logo acquisition and quota attainment.
  • Experience selling content management, structured content, CCMS, XML (eg., DITA, S1000D / ATA, LegalML / Akoma Ntoso, etc.), ECM, or related enterprise software/services.
  • The ideal candidate has experience selling both XML/SCM and ECM solutions. Knowledge of Content Delivery Platforms (CDP) such as Fluid Topics is a plus.
  • Ability to manage long, consultative sales cycles with enterprise clients.
  • Ability to travel to conferences, customer sites, and company events – varying from about 10-30% per month.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to balance hunting and farming responsibilities.

Benefits

For this role, we offer you…

  • A great place to work with a dynamic and innovative team.
  • An attractive salary package and secondary benefits.
  • Amazing colleagues to collaborate with and learn from.
  • Opportunity for professional growth and advancement.
  • Ongoing training and coaching for personal development.
  • Pension plan
  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage.
