About the role

The Ecommerce Performance Intern will work closely with both our Email Marketing and Paid Media teams to support their daily operations and drive successful campaigns.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in the creation and execution of newsletter campaigns.

• Assist in creating engaging content and copywriting for email marketing communications.

• Monitor and report on email campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Help create compelling ad copy and visuals to attract and engage target audiences.

• Track and analyze the performance of paid media campaigns, offering data-driven insights.

• Assist with day-to-day functions to ensure smooth operation of the email marketing and paid media teams.

• Coordinate and collaborate with team members on various projects and tasks.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

What You Bring

• Willingness to learn new skills and email tools, such as Google Analytics and Listrak.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Excellent written and spoken English skills – French, German, Dutch considered a plus.

Requirements

• Based in Amsterdam or able to commute to Amsterdam 2 days a week (no relocation)

• Availability from August/September 2025

• For the duration of the internship, must be enrolled in a Marketing/ Business related study with an accredited college/University

What We Give

• A 5- or 6-month internship (32 to 40 hours per week)

• Start September 2025

• 2 vacation days per month based on 40 hours
