About the role:

OpenZeppelin is a leading provider of security audits and development services in the blockchain space, working with top-tier projects to ensure the safety and success of their smart contracts and infrastructure. As part of our mission to scale secure and impactful ecosystem partnerships, we are expanding our Project Management Office (PMO).

  • Track project milestones and maintain project documentation to provide clear visibility into status and progress.
  • Help establish and maintain realistic resource allocation plans, considering team capacity and project priorities.
  • Participate in pre-handoff planning sessions to ensure readiness for new partnerships.
  • Collect feedback from ecosystem partners post-delivery to help improve processes and foster long-term relationship management.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and internal documentation, such as the Ecosystem PM Handbook.
  • Assist in the implementation of internal tools (e.g., budgeting templates, cost estimation frameworks) to enhance operational efficiency.
You have:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a tech-driven environment; exposure to blockchain or open-source projects is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage multi-stakeholder communications across diverse teams.
  • Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Acumen: Comfort with technical concepts in blockchain or software development; able to bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Tools: Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
Nice to have:
