Job Description:

Reporting to the Record to Report Systems Director, the MGSF (Mars Global Services Finance) Technology Lead is essential in orchestrating the Digital Core transformation and the success of the digital core transformation by coordinating, leading the identified Edge technology projects within the MGSF Functions of ITC, ITP, and R2R

What are we looking for?

  • 7 years + of project management experience in finance related projects, or finance related roles
  • Understanding of the Finance Technology Landscape (e.g. S/4 HANA,  VIM, HRC Blackline, One Stream (or similar), RPA, Celonis, analytics)
  • Good communication skills and an ability to work with technical and business teams. Relevant competencies / capabilities: project management, action oriented, financial acumen; problem solving; conflict management

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Be the key point of contact for the MGSF Edge system Digital Core design and implementation across all three pillars of ITC, ITP and R2R
  • Support the Edge design workshop A’s and C’s identifying DT requirements and SAP integrations
  • Work with partner groups, PMO’s and governance bodies to ensure seamless and efficient ways of working in decision making, design authority and communication.
