You’re a great match if you can…

  • Identify, develop, and promote energy‑efficiency projects to achieve program participation and energy‑savings targets.

  • Build and execute strategic account plans, managing multi‑level stakeholder relationships.

  • Support Save On Energy Retrofit incentive applications, ensuring technical, economic, and eligibility compliance.

  • Manage an assigned territory to meet sales and outreach targets, using Salesforce CRM and a structured sales methodology (e.g., Sandler).

  • Leverage existing relationships with commercial, industrial, and trade allies in the Windsor and Chatham areas.

  • Cultivate partnerships with industry associations and key influencers.

  • Provide market intelligence, strategic insights, and tailored presentations and proposals.

  • Represent the program at industry events and perform additional duties as required.

Exciting candidates will have…

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial energy efficiency.

  • Technical degree (3–4 years) or equivalent hands‑on experience in energy efficiency.

  • Professional designations preferred (P.Eng, B.Eng, B.Sc., CEM, and/or CET).

  • Based in or near Windsor or Chatham, Ontario.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and access to a reliable vehicle.

  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Demonstrated passion for energy efficiency and technology‑driven solutions.

  • Proven success achieving energy‑savings targets.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills across all management levels.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
