We're looking for a Program Manager to lead the delivery and performance of two energy efficiency programs. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day program operations, manage client relationships, and ensure program goals are met on time and within budget. Candidates based in Ontario or British Columbia are preferred.

You’re a great match if you can…

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships with professionalism, clarity, and consistency.

  • Lead client meetings and represent programs with confidence and subject matter expertise.

  • Build trust and alignment by clearly communicating goals, updates, and performance outcomes.

  • Develop and implement strategies that improve program delivery, increase participation, and drive measurable results.

  • Take full ownership of assigned programs, including client management, reporting, invoicing, and achieving financial and energy savings targets.

  • Oversee program budgets and financials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established goals.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams—including operations, engineering, and contractors—to maintain seamless program execution.

  • Manage programs with high levels of complexity and risk, such as those involving new clients, products, or delivery models.

  • Provide technical support and verify that energy savings calculations align with Technical Reference Manuals.

  • Contribute to program evaluations, assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Create technical content and support the development of intellectual property to advance program innovation.

Exciting candidates will have…

  • 4+ years of relevant industry experience, such as commercial kitchens, HVAC, mechanical engineering, contractor/distributor network engagement, or similar.

  • A minimum of 2 years of program management experience.

  • Proven ability to build and manage strong client relationships.

  • Demonstrated success serving as the primary client contact, managing expectations, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Post-secondary education in Finance, Business, Logistics, or Engineering (an asset).

  • Solid understanding of contract management principles.

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of organization.
