CrowdStrike’s FCS Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) offering provides visibility into your entire cloud infrastructure, continuous monitoring for misconfigurations, and proactive threat detection — allowing DevSecOps teams to fix issues faster and be more productive. As a member of the Falcon Horizon control plane group, you will be part of a fast-paced team taking on cloud-scale challenges and raising the bar on Cloud Security Posture Management.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with product, customer support, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact features for Falcon Cloud Security.

  • Take end-to-end ownership for the delivery of projects of increasing complexity.

  • Relentlessly pursue quality by following engineering best practices including: appropriate testing paradigms, effective peer code reviews, logging, monitoring, and resilient architecture patterns.

  • Reflect thoughtfully to improve architecture, customer experience, user experience, performance, and stability leading the team to follow rapid prototyping and fast-paced decision making.

  • Must be able to work 3+ days per week on site from our New York office.

What You’ll Need:

  • U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident and work solely from U.S. soil

  • 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering roles with at least 3+ years in management positions.

  • Experience working in one or more public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP and OCI), Kubernetes.

  • Experience leading and developing high-performing engineering teams with a hands-on management approach

  • Programming skills in Golang, Python, or similar languages

  • Experience with Postgres, Kafka, Cassandra, ElasticSearch technologies

  • Broad grounding in all aspects of distributed systems development

  • Excellent written and verbal communication: clear framing of decisions, trade‑offs, and status to varied audiences

  • Experience working across multiple geographies and time zones; flexibility to accommodate meetings with partners across the globe

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred

Bonus Points:
