We’re looking for a Engineering Support Specialist - Hybrid Shakopee, MN or Kanata, ON
Responsible for performing important portions of the software configuration management (SCM) activities. This person takes an active role in the identification and documentation of processes, audits, and delivery. While managing the posting and delivery activities, this position also collaborates cross-functionally in the posting of software products. Also, in charge of budget planning and tracking of tools in the software development organization and adherence to the Solution Insertion and Renewal Process (SIRP).

How you will make an impact:
Main resource for posting requests to Sales Force Trusted Care for customer download. Follows process setup in Jira. Also includes security bulletins and patches.
Apple and Google mobile app store postings
License management of tools including purchase and budgeting.
Main contact for purchasing and purchase requests
Helps to define policies and plans of the Development Support team, while enforcing those policies and plans across the development teams.
Updates Development Support Confluence page with FAQs, instructions, etc.
Liaison for translation support for internationalization of applications
Lead on our ISO27001 source code repository user audit tool
Legacy code repository support
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
2+ years’ experience in software development support
Experience in software configuration management
Organizational skills for budgeting, license and process adherence, customer facing release management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Skills desired include but may not be limited to the following:
Server Administration: Windows and Linux, on-premise and cloud/AWS.
Understanding of development tools such as Jenkins, BitBucket (GIT), Jira and Confluence.
Github and security tool Mend experience.
Understanding of SalesForce Software posting tool
Understating of Coupa purchasing tool.

Compensation Range:
The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $66,341-$97,299 per year (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan. In addition to your pay, Entrust offers eligible colleagues and their dependents comprehensive health and well-being programs which include medical, vision, dental, a generous 401(k) matching contribution, life and disability insurance, mental health coaching, virtual fitness programs, paid personal time off plus 12 paid holidays, parental leave and education reimbursement.
