Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive to join our Taylor Enterprise Solutions, Inc team. This role is responsible for gaining new market share and retaining and growing current accounts in an exclusive territory.

Responsibilities Include 

  • Build a strategic account plan for assigned accounts. 

  • Expand Taylor products and solutions within current account base and net new targets. 

  • Develop and maintain key relationships within our accounts, to include Executives across all functional areas of the account. 

  • Position and represent Taylor’s total portfolio and brand within customer accounts. 

  • Partner with Business Development organization to develop and execute on complex strategic opportunities. 

  • Anticipate and address customer needs by developing a deep understanding of client's business and relevant market trends and conditions and Document Management capabilities. 

  • Proactively plan and report on Taylor performance (service, quality, cost savings, etc.) and updates on plans to key initiatives to expand business and enhance partnership. 

  • Be an excellent, proactive, and responsive communicator exhibiting good judgment and ability to coordinate across Taylor business to meet customer needs. 

  • Achieve assigned growth targets and account-based revenue goals. 

You Must Have 

  • Experience growing and developing large, complex customers over an extended period of time. 

  • Strong financial acumen to effectively negotiate pricing and longer term deals. 

We Would Prefer: 

  • Strong knowledge of Document Management products, capabilities, and paper market. 

  • Experience with SF.com and other Taylor business systems. 

  • Proven track record maintaining and expanding business by acquiring market share. 

 

 

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employee.
