The AI Platform Administrator manages the day-to-day operation, security, and lifecycle of AI tools and agents used across the organization, including platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, and Anthropic. This role supports the secure and compliant deployment of AI solutions and works with developers, architects, security, compliance, and business teams to keep AI platforms running reliably. 

Responsibilities
  • Manage AI platform configuration, licensing, capacity, and feature enablement, including agent deployment policies.
  • Support onboarding of AI developers and business users.
  • Manage agent registration, ownership, and lifecycle, including discovery and ownership attestation.
  • Maintain lifecycle management and deployment processes for AI agents.
  • Maintain AI governance policies in coordination with Legal, Privacy, HR, and Cybersecurity.
  • Work with security teams to address risks such as prompt injection and data leakage, and to meet compliance requirements.
  • Apply least-privilege access principles for agents and AI services.
  • Monitor platform health, performance, and availability; maintain runbooks and support documentation.
  • Track AI usage, licensing, and costs; support cost attribution and demand forecasting.
  • Define standards for AI application lifecycle management, including source control, deployment automation, and release processes. 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience administering enterprise technology platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM platforms, automation tools, and related security and compliance practices.
  • Experience configuring or administering at least one enterprise AI platform (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Anthropic).
  • Experience with scripting or programming languages such as PowerShell, Python, C#, or Java.
  • Understanding of agile project management, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200.     
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
Internal applicants: moving into this role may result in an adjustment to your current compensation based on the posted pay range for this role, taking into consideration your qualifications and other relevant factors.
