  • Establish enterprise integration standards and guide the modernization and retirement of legacy application interfaces.
  • Lead architecture decisions across cloud, enterprise platforms, applications, integration, and data domains to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Develop target-state architectures, reference models, architectural principles, and decision records that enable delivery teams to execute effectively.
  • Evaluate application portfolios and recommend modernization, migration, replacement, retention, or decommissioning strategies.
  • Identify and manage cross-program architecture dependencies, risks, and opportunities across major transformation initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leaders, delivery teams, and technology partners on enterprise architecture decisions.
  • Participate in architecture governance processes and provide oversight for high-impact technology initiatives and investments.
  • Mentor architects and technical leaders, helping to strengthen enterprise architecture capabilities across the organization.

What you'll need to be successful.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience spanning enterprise architecture, solution architecture, and hands-on technology delivery.
  • Significant experience architecting and integrating large-scale SAP and Salesforce environments.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise integration architecture, APIs, event-driven architectures, middleware platforms, and legacy modernization approaches.
  • Experience designing and governing cloud-based architectures, preferably within Microsoft Azure environments.
  • Proven experience creating architecture artifacts such as target-state architectures, reference architectures, standards, and architecture decision records.
  • Demonstrated success operating within large, global, matrixed organizations and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with SAP BTP, clean-core governance, enterprise data platforms, M&A integrations, or application portfolio management tools is considered an asset.
  • TOGAF certification or comparable enterprise architecture credentials are preferred.
