About the Role

We are seeking a vision-driven Product Owner to join our Enterprise DataOps & Governance team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between product strategy and tactical execution, serving as the primary liaison between key business stakeholders, data governance leaders, and agile development teams. Responsibilities include:

  • Define, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, stakeholder feedback, and strategic enterprise objectives.
  • Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements to ensure clear direction for engineering and data development teams.
  • Participate actively in all Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews/demos.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Business Technology, Data Governance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to gather requirements and align product roadmaps.
  • Review and accept completed work from the engineering team to ensure it meets definition-of-done and acceptance criteria before release.
  • Track key product performance metrics (KPIs), user adoption, and feedback loops to continuously drive iterative product improvements.
  • Work with Data Governance and Architecture teams to ensure data products align with enterprise data quality, security, and compliance standards.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum software development environment.
  • 5+ years of experience managing product backlogs, writing detailed user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
  • 7+ years of agile management experience tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Asana.

Other Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working within enterprise data, analytics, or data product environments.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, exceptional communication skills, and an analytical mindset.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Our Approach to Flexible Work

With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
