What you will do in the Event Marketing Manager role at Kyruus Health:
- Manage all aspects of trade show planning and execution, including budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and growth marketing) to ensure event goals are met and aligned with overall marketing strategy.
- Oversee the creation of event materials, including signage, presentations, promotional items, and digital content.
- In partnership with the growth marketing team, analyze event performance and ROI, providing post-event reports with insights and recommendations for future improvements.
- Negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and third-party service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Provide directional leadership on managing exhibit vendors, executing trade show plans, and coordinating the travel, transportation, logistics, and other key elements of each event as needed.
- Work closely with a broader marketing team to support ongoing priorities and lead generation.
- Experience in creating engaging in-booth experiences and activations as well as creative side events.
- You’ll report to the Director, Trade Shows and Events in the Marketing Department.

- Project Management: Develop and maintain multiple projects simultaneously utilizing project management software and skills and working to deliver projects on time and within cost.
- Strong Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and persuasive communication (written and verbal) is vital for interacting with exhibitors, attendees, vendors, speakers, and the internal team, building rapport, negotiating effectively, and ensuring everyone is aligned.
- Budget Management Acumen: Ability to develop, track, and adhere to budgets, while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Problem-Solving Prowess: Ability to think on your feet, remain calm under pressure, and find creative solutions.
- Leadership and Teamwork Abilities: Ability to motivate, delegate effectively, and foster a collaborative environment.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail from signage and layout to technical requirements and catering.

- Proficiency in marketing automation & project/event management software (Hubspot, Monday.com, Captello, Cvent, RSVPify)
Compensation Information
- Base Pay Range: $118,000 - $133,000/year
- Other Compensation: In addition to your salary, this position is also eligible for our annual bonus program, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are a guideline and pay is based on a variety of factors including; qualifications, competencies, skill-set, and organizational needs.
