Over the years we’ve supported hundreds of thousands of delighted customers using our highly rated iOS and Android apps and our website. Our customers include contractors, freelancers, owner-operators, creatives, and other small business owners.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced and passionate Group Product Manager with proven expertise in both SaaS feature development and product-led growth (PLG) strategies. Our new colleague will drive the growth of our products through data-informed decisions, customer-centric design, and iterative development. As a core leader of a product line, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy and roadmap of your product areas with your team, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality customer-centric solutions.

Coaching and Mentoring:

  • Manage, mentor, and develop Product Managers, contributing to the continuous improvement of the product function.

  • Share experiences and insights to foster a culture of growth and learning.

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on SaaS products.

  • Minimum of 3 years of PLG Experience: Proven track record of driving growth through PLG strategies and tactics.

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of SaaS metrics, especially in a Product-Led growth environment.

  • Proven experience in Payments/Fintech industries.

  • Proven track record of delivering successful products and features that drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

  • Strong player coach leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and growing senior product managers.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate market trends and customer needs.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including senior leadership communication.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with a passion for driving results.

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.

  • Experience with product management tools like Jira and Productboard.

  • Experience with PLG tools.

  • Experience with experimentation methodologies, rapid iteration and experimentation platforms like Optimizely, etc.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience with product analytics and BI tools e.g. Looker, Amplitude, Periscope, Heap.
