  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver timely, high-quality releases.

  • Run and ship experiments that test hypotheses, validate assumptions, and accelerate learning.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS.

  • Experience running and shipping experiments in live products.

  • PLG experience is a plus.

  • Payments/FinTech experience is a plus.

  • Understanding of SMB workflows in trades, construction, or service industries is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and product performance drivers.

  • Proven ability to deliver features/products that drive revenue and engagement.

  • Strong individual contributor with the ability to own outcomes end-to-end.

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams (engineering, design, GTM, leadership) to deliver outcomes.

  • Excellent communicator, able to engage both stakeholders and senior leadership.

  • Proficiency with agile, product/PLG tools (Jira, Productboard, Optimizely, Amplitude, Looker, Heap, etc.).

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple initiatives.
