The role
As an Executive Recruiter at Nebius, you’ll work at the intersection of strategy, leadership and impact. Working to bring in the best talent within technolodgy and AI sectors, 
 
This role will be based hybrid from Amsterdam, or remote from London. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle executive search assignments for senior leadership and C-level roles within the technology and AI sectors
  • Act as a strategic partner to founders, and executive teams, advising on talent strategy and leadership hiring
  • Conduct comprehensive market mapping, talent research, and competitive intelligence to identify and attract high-impact leaders both in EU and US markets
  • Proactively source, assess, and engage executive-level candidates using direct search methodologies, industry networks, and referrals
  • Lead in-depth executive assessments, leadership evaluations, and cultural fit analysis
  • Oversee candidate and stakeholder management throughout the entire search process, ensuring a high-quality, consultative experience
  • Operate in highly competitive, fast-moving markets, managing multiple complex searches simultaneously

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Higher education degree
  • Extensive experience in executive search within top-tier, global executive search agencies
  • Strong specialization in the Tech and AI markets, including software engineering, data, product, and emerging technologies
  • Demonstrated success in placing senior and executive-level leaders across international markets
  • Deep understanding of technology-driven organizations, innovation ecosystems, and leadership dynamics
  • Strong stakeholder management, advisory, and communication skills
