As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new and existing customer accounts within an assigned geographic territory. Your primary goal is to meet and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers, presenting products or services, and building strong, lasting relationships.
Responsibilities:
  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify potential customers and markets within your assigned territory.
  • Generate leads through various methods.
 
  1. Sales Presentations:
  • Conduct product or service presentations to potential customers.
  • Explain the benefits and features of the products or services to address customer needs.
 
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
 
  1. Sales Targets:
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve goals.
 
  1. Market Research:
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Gather market intelligence to make informed sales decisions.
 
  1. Sales Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
 
  1. Travel:
  • Travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers, attend meetings, and events as required.
 
  1. Product Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on the features, benefits, and applications of the products or services offered.
  • Provide training and information to customers as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry. (but not compulsory)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
