Role Overview:

We are seeking talented Collection Analysts at both junior and senior levels to join our dynamic, multilingual Collections team. Reporting to the Cluster Collections Supervisor for France and Benelux, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing overdue fund collection while fostering positive client relationships. Openings are available for fluent Italian speakers, making this an ideal role for both emerging and experienced professionals eager to make a meaningful impact in collections and client support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collections: Proactively engage with customers to recover overdue funds through various methods (calls, emails), while building rapport and maintaining positive client relationships. Senior analysts will implement strategic approaches to improve collection efficiency.
  • Reconciliation & Disputes: Identify and resolve reconciliation discrepancies and manage customer disputes. Both levels will follow up to ensure timely payment, with senior analysts handling complex cases and implementing advanced dispute resolution methods.
  • Client Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to support smooth and efficient payment processes. Senior roles will focus on strengthening long-term client relationships, contributing to a positive customer experience.
  • Customer Inquiries: Address client inquiries on past due accounts, providing detailed account information and guidance. Senior analysts will manage escalated inquiries, ensuring clarity and resolving issues quickly.
  • Invoice Management: Facilitate customer access to invoice copies, account statements, and related documentation to support their payment processing.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare collection reports to assist in performance monitoring and strategic improvements. Senior analysts will generate advanced reports, analyzing trends and suggesting process optimizations to support team goals.
  • Mentorship: Senior analysts will mentor junior team members, offering guidance on collection techniques, customer management, and best practices in reporting.

Qualifications & Profile:

  • Language Skills: B2/C1/C2 in ITALIAN, with at least intermediate proficiency in English. Senior roles require strong English proficiency for broader team collaboration.
  • Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) is required for junior analysts, while senior analysts should have advanced Excel capabilities (e.g., complex formulas, data analysis) and SAP experience.
  • Collection & Negotiation Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collect overdue funds and maintain customer satisfaction. Senior roles require proven negotiation expertise and the ability to achieve collection targets consistently.
  • Organizational Skills: Both roles demand high attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to manage multiple accounts. Senior analysts must be adept at prioritizing complex cases and overseeing broader account responsibilities.
  • Learning Ability & Adaptability: Quick learning and adaptability to new systems are essential at all levels, with senior analysts expected to support others in learning processes and system optimizations.
