Capital Ford Lincoln looking for a confident, customer-focused leader to take charge of our Finance & Insurance (F&I) Department and play a key role in our dealership’s continued success.This is your opportunity to lead, influence, and earn while working with a passionate sales team and a steady flow of customers.As our Finance Manager, you’ll be the trusted expert guiding customers through financing, leasing, and protection options—while ensuring every deal is compliant, smooth, and profitable.- Lead and oversee all F&I operations, including coaching, mentoring, and developing the team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and lending partners to secure competitive options
- Present financing, leasing, and insurance products in a clear, engaging, and ethical way
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize deal structure and F&I performance
- Review, finalize, and approve finance contracts and documentation
- Ensure full compliance with all federal, provincial/state, and local regulations
- Provide exceptional customer support by confidently addressing financing and insurance questions
- Take on additional responsibilities that support dealership growth and success
- Strong knowledge of financing, leasing, and insurance products
- Demonstrated ability to close, negotiate, and build trust with customers
- Leadership experience or the desire to step into a leadership role
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced dealership environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance
- Proficiency with Dealertrack, RouteOne, Microsoft Office, and related systems
