What You Will Get To Do

  • Collect, analyze, transform, and consolidate large volumes of data, working with internal team as well as business unit stakeholders.
  • Partner with finance functional teams to determine roadmap and priorities for performance resiliency team, productivity and margin refinement projects and specifically supporting operational efficiency, strategic price and promotion effectiveness. 
  • Create high quality reports, analytics & KPIs using best practices with a firm understanding of data analytics practices, database use, data integrity validation, layout templates and tools.
  • Develop and maintain an accurate global data structures for use in visualization tools or business ingestion.
  • Support continuous process improvement related to metrics, reporting and strategy.
  • Participate In Quarterly Customer Forecasts & Annual Operating Plans.
  • Provide Corporate Reporting, Analytical Support & Insights to key stakeholders and team members.
  • Implement & Sustain Continuous Improvement Mindset & Business Transformation Efforts.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Data Analytics or business-related degree.
  • Completion of CPA designation or MBA degree, or pursual of either designation(s)
  • 5+ Years Relevant Financial Experience.  Consumer Goods or Retail Experience preferred.
  • Strong Analytical, Interpersonal & Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Self driven analyst, with strong attention to detail to consume many data points and develop a cohesive executive reporting.
  • Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, knowledge of Hyperion HFM and SAP, Essbase or their equivalent are beneficial. Power BI and/or Alteryx experience is a plus.
  • Power Query and Power BI knowledge a plus
  • Experience with process improvements and optimization a plus.
  • High business acumen & desire to collaborate with functional Business Leaders.
  • Able to adapt with change and work under pressure in a detailed, accurate, and deadline-based environment

  • Anticipated compensation for this role is $120,000-$140,000 in annual base salary.  Salary is based on market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
