Financial Analyst Intern

We are seeking an enthusiastic and curious Financial Analyst Intern, ready to support the execution and analysis of financial processes within our organization. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn and develop practical skills while collaborating with dynamic teams in a constantly evolving environment.

Responsibilities  

• Assist in documenting and updating various key processes (operational, financial, organizational, etc.).  

• Help test key processes to identify improvement points, both quantitatively and qualitatively.  

• Identify risks in cycles or specific tasks across different company systems and implement appropriate controls to mitigate them.  

• Cross-reference pre-established data to validate hypotheses and draft conclusions.  

• Demonstrate resourcefulness and know how to navigate new situations.  

• Assist in writing standard operating procedures (SOP) following recommendations.  

Qualifications  

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in accounting, finance, or a related field.  

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.  

• Motivated to learn, with a natural analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.  

• Comfortable in a constantly changing environment.  

• Bilingual (French and English) – written and spoken skills.
