As a Financial Analyst, you’ll support the day-to-day financial processes that help our team make informed decisions. You’ll work closely with experienced finance colleagues and cross-functional partners, gaining hands-on exposure to order processing, month-end activities, and reconciliations. This is an opportunity for a finance professional who is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and post journal entries and support month-end close activities in accordance with established timelines and controls.
  • Perform account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Review and process sales orders in line with financial policies, approval requirements, and internal controls.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to help resolve order-processing issues and maintain accurate financial information.
  • Assist with audit requests, and documentation supporting compliance activities.
  • Learn and apply relevant company policies, systems, and finance best practices.

What You Bring

  • Experience through a finance, accounting, co-op, internship, or similar role is preferred.
  • A foundational understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and reconciliation processes.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables; an interest in developing stronger analytical skills.
  • Exposure to financial or ERP systems such as NetSuite or Oracle is an asset.
  • Exposure to Tableau, Power BI, or other data-visualization tools is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to accurate work.
  • The ability to communicate clearly, ask thoughtful questions, and work effectively with colleagues across functions.
  • A proactive learning mindset, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with guidance.

Compensation Hiring Base Salary Range:

$60,800.00 - $85,500.00

The actual compensation offered will be determined at the time of hire and is contingent upon multiple factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, demonstrated skills, and results of assessments conducted during the hiring process.
