Role Description
As a Financial Planning & Analysis Partner on the Go-to-Market FP&A Team you will be a key player building strong business partner relationships with leaders of the Sales and Marketing Organization. This is a highly visible role supporting the Marketing and Communications teams partnering with leadership to optimize decision making, lead the planning and forecasting cycles, and report on core financial metrics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving strategic initiatives, strong communication skills, deep analytical capabilities and a passion for process improvements.

Responsibilities
- Primary finance business partner to Marketing and Communications teams. Responsible for driving monthly close & forecasting, quarterly outlook and annual planning process using financial systems and advanced Excel functions.
- Streamline the forecast process, increase forecast accuracy, align across various teams and stakeholders to enable meaningful forecast reviews with leadership
- Develop and refine financial and performance guardrails (LTV/CAC, ROAS, GNARR) for Marketing to meet north star metrics.
- Create high quality, data-driven financial analyses that drive business insights and support informed decision-making by leadership
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in Finance with strong operational knowledge of SaaS business models preferred
- Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance; MBA preferred
- Previous experience supporting a Marketing organization.
- Strong communication skills and prior experience working with c-suite executives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and with all levels of management
- Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Snowflake)
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Go-To-Market (GTM) Tools: e.g. Salesforce
Compensation
Canada Pay Range
$114,300—$154,700 CAD
