Job Summary

Introhive is seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Intermediate FP&A Analyst with proven SaaS experience to drive financial insights, operational rigor, and data-driven decision making across the company. This is a high-impact individual contributor role, ideal for someone who is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, and brings a strong blend of strategic finance expertise, deep understanding of SaaS metrics, and broad business acumen.

Reporting directly to the VP, Finance, this role owns core FP&A processes, provides end-to-end analysis of key business drivers, and partners closely with leadership to inform company growth, go-to-market strategy, and profitability. It is a great opportunity for an experienced FP&A professional who is eager to take ownership of analysis across the full enterprise, with the opportunity to grow into a Senior FP&A role over time.

This is a hands-on individual contributor position and is not intended for candidates seeking people management responsibilities. We are looking for someone who is genuinely excited by technical, analytical work and enjoys partnering cross-functionally and going deep into data to drive business outcomes.

What You'll Do

Senior FP&A and Business Performance

  • Own monthly and quarterly FP&A deliverables across the enterprise, including executive reporting, variance analysis, and performance insights.
  • Support annual budgeting and recurring forecast cycles by coordinating inputs across cross-functional leaders and building clear, driver-based assumptions.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the company’s financial model to enable driver-based forecasting, scenario planning, and long-range analysis.
  • Analyze key SaaS performance metrics (e.g., ARR/CARR, bookings, churn, NRR/GRR, pipeline trends, CAC/payback, cash efficiency) and synthesize implications for leadership.
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations that enable decision-making and operational execution.

Product and Customer Profitability

  • Build and refine product-level and customer-level margin and profitability views to improve visibility and decision-making.
  • Partner with Product, RevOps, and GTM teams on pricing, packaging, deal economics, and revenue quality analysis.
  • Support business cases and investment decisions for new initiatives by developing analytical frameworks and financial assessments.

Systems Automation, Data, and Reporting

  • Strengthen and scale FP&A data and reporting infrastructure across tools such as Power BI, FinQore, Salesforce, and Sage Intacct.
  • Standardize definitions and governance for core metrics (e.g., bookings, ARR/CARR, churn) and ensure alignment across systems and stakeholders.
  • Drive reporting automation and process improvements (e.g., recurring dashboards, automated data validation, streamlined month-end reporting packs) to improve accuracy and reduce manual effort.
  • Support system enhancements and integrations by partnering with Finance Systems, RevOps, and Data teams to improve data quality, documentation, and controls.

Finance Transformation and Cross-Functional Enablement

  • Support finance transformation initiatives (e.g., planning process improvements, reporting standardization, tool implementation, automation roadmap) from design through execution.
  • Partner with GTM, Product, Strategy, and Operations to enable data-driven execution and help teams understand performance drivers.
  • Support headcount planning, resource allocation, and investment prioritization through clear frameworks and scenario analysis.
  • Identify forward-looking risks and opportunities and proactively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

    • 4-6 years of progressive FP&A or Strategic Finance experience
    • 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience
    • Strong grasp of SaaS metrics such as ARR, churn, retention, NRR/GRR, CAC, LTV, and payback periods
    • Deep analytical skills with commercial acumen and the ability to influence decision-making
    • Proven experience building driver-based financial models and delivering actionable insights
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI
    • Knowledge of FinQore, Salesforce, and Sage Intacct is an asset
    • Ability to simplify complex analyses into clear insights for non-financial stakeholders
