We are seeking a Financial Services Product Owner to lead initiatives that drive sustainable growth and deliver exceptional value to our customers within the Desjardins Agent Network. This role is critical in shaping strategies that expand market share, optimize customer journeys, and maintain a competitive advantage. You will partner with business leaders to translate growth objectives into actionable plans and ensure successful execution across the organization. More specifically, you will be required to:
Define Growth-Focused Strategy: Develop and maintain a clear roadmap that aligns with organizational goals and supports revenue and market expansion.
Prioritize Business Value: Translate strategic objectives into actionable tactics and maintain a backlog that maximizes growth opportunities.
Collaborate Across Functions: Liaise with both operations in DAN and various manufactures ensuring solutions that enhance customer experience and drive adoption.
Analyze Market & Performance Data: Use insights from market trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and identify growth levers.
Measure Impact: Establish KPIs tied to growth objectives and monitor performance to ensure ROI.
Identify opportunities to enhance offerings and create differentiators in the financial services marketplace.
Forecast and align annual benchmark growth targets with senior leadership.
Relationship Management between DAN Agents and operations by gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing agent feedback; ensure alignment with the “voice of the agent” to translate insights into actionable solutions that enhance processes, tools, and overall agent experience.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of then year of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Advanced experience in project management and strategy development
Advanced experience collaborating with multi-sector leaders
Knowledge of the Desjardins Agent Network or willing to learn
Intermediate knowledge of agent-facing tools, systems, and operational processes, with the ability to quickly adapt to evolving technologies
Intermediate knowledge of Financial Services product offerings
Available for travel to the Aurora office when it's requested
