About Us

Cimento AI is revolutionizing cybersecurity training by using AI to build resilient, security-conscious teams. We're backed by operators and angels from Cloudflare, CrowdStrike, Okta, etc.

We value creative spark over credentials and high agency over process. If you've shipped products that changed how users behave, talked customers out of bad ideas, or built things that matter to you, we want to talk.

About The Role

As a founding PM, you won't just write PRDs. You'll own the entire human risk management product, make prioritization decisions that shape the company, and work directly with customers to turn their pain into shipped features. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build something that matters alongside a small, high-trust team.

We're looking for someone who generates conviction from customer signals (not just roadmap theater), treats AI as a tool for velocity (not a slide deck), and ships instead of waiting on process.

What You'll Do
  • Shape product vision, roadmap, and strategic bets alongside the founding team

  • Run discovery with customers and translate pain points into scoped, shippable work

  • Set the bar for product quality, taste, and velocity as the team scales

  • Drive UX decisions and create lightweight prototypes to test with customers

  • Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery cadence

  • Use AI tooling aggressively to compress design, research, and delivery cycles

What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to enterprise buyers

  • Track record of shipping products end to end, from discovery through launch and iteration

  • Strong UX instincts: you know what good looks like even if you're not a designer

  • Technical fluency: you can read code, hold your own in architecture discussions, and contribute PRs using AI-assisted tools

  • Excellent communication skills and a bias toward transparency

  • Genuine passion for building and comfort with ambiguity

Bonus Points
  • Experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or enterprise software sold to security buyers

  • Time spent at an early-stage startup where you wore multiple hats

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for product work (Claude Code, Figma Make, Replit, etc)

  • Experience running sprint ceremonies: grooming, retros, and sprint planning in a small team without a dedicated scrum master

What We Offer
  • Meaningful equity as an early team member

  • Competitive salary

  • Direct impact on product, customers, and company direction

  • A small team where your work is visible and valued
