For This Role
We are looking for an FP&A Specialist to strengthen our finance team. This role will be focused on management accounting, budgeting, and forecasting. You'll help ensure the accuracy of management reports, verify analytics, and support monthly and quarterly closing processes.
In this role, you will:

• Approve payments in line with the approved budget and internal controls
• Support the improvement and automation of the budgeting process within the ERP system
• Assist with managerial period closing and the preparation of monthly management reports
• Maintain and support analytical tracking categories across financial systems, ensuring consistent managerial cost categorization and accurate account review aligned with reporting standards
• Contribute to annual budget planning and periodic forecast updates
• Prepare and structure financial data to support business valuation and planning needs
• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and update presentations for management decision-making

Skills you'll need to bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in Finance
• Experience with managerial P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet reporting
• Knowledge of financial accounting and cost categorization
• Advanced Google Sheets proficiency (or Excel)
• Google Slides presentation skills
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, flexibility, and a desire to learn
• At least an Intermediate level of English & fluent Ukrainian

As a plus:

• Understanding of IT-Products' Unit Economics
• BigQuery Experience
• Experience in an IT Product Company
