L'Alternant(e) se porte garant(e) de la sélection parfaite des candidats en pool pour ainsi répondre aux besoins de nos différents clients.
Ses fonctions sont d(e) :
● Accueillir les internes : accueil physique et téléphonique
● Créer les fiches de poste et améliorer les offres,
●Sourcing : Maintenir un vivier de candidats actifs,
● Mener des entretiens afin de choisir le(s) meilleur(e)s candidat(e)s,
● Donner un support dans toute autre mission relative au service recrutement,
● Gérer les plannings hebdomadaires des intérimaires en relation avec le client,
● Gérer les absences et congés des intérimaires,
● Recueillir, centraliser et retranscrire les demandes client,
● Gérer le recrutement et l'onboarding des collaborateurs chez nos clients
(caces, complétude du profil),
● Suivre les fins de mission intérimaires, et être force de proposition pour les
repositionnements,
● Gérer les stocks et commande EPI,
● Communiquer à l'admin ops et payroll les différents relevés d'heures et tout
autre document de suivi,
