Wells Fargo is seeking a Fraud Initiatives Manager (Lead Product Manager) to have accountability for Fraud business engagement and commitments on company-wide strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong communication and partnering skills, exceptional organizational skills, and demonstrable experience working independently and leading matrixed resources and teams to execute on functional and non-functional deliverables in support of enterprise initiatives. In this role, you will:
Be accountable for Fraud business engagement and commitments as a part of enterprise strategic initiatives.
Build and maintain strong business and technology relationships.
Ensure all relevant business teams are informed and actively engaged.
Ensure all business needs are translated into well-defined requirements.
Insure all functional and non-functional commitments are met.
Communicate effectively with partners and stakeholders from across the company.
Ensure all risks are effectively identified, measured, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Product Management, business product development, strategic planning, process management, or change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, and education.
Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to effectively build business and technology relationships
- Demonstrated experience planning and leading large project initiatives
- Facilitation and collaboration skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives
- Experience navigating complex matrixed organizations and teams
- Comfortable working under pressure, in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
- Demonstrated experience developing fraud, financial crimes, or cybersecurity products
- Experience in the development and management of product roadmaps
- Demonstrated experience managing a product or program from ideation to delivery
- Experience operating within a scaled Agile product framework
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
