Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Front-End software Developer with expertise in React and Node.js to contribute to the development of our web applications. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for building scalable and efficient web solutions that meet our customer’s needs. Beyond traditional web development, this role will immerse you in the realm of cloud-based technologies, allowing you to shape the architecture of our solutions using platforms like Azure and AWS. The candidate will maintain a proactive and curious approach to learning, staying abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices. You’ll need to demonstrate autonomy in problem-solving and project execution, taking ownership of tasks and driving them to successful completion.

Responsibilities

  • Writing robust code and resolving technical issues

  • Conducting code reviews for other team members

  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation

  • Collaborating with the team on software design

  • Assisting in project planning, tracking progress, and managing risks

  • Engaging with clients or customers and addressing concerns

  • Staying updated on industry trends and technology advancements to make informed technical decisions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science

  • 2+ years of software development or programming experience

  • Familiarity with cloud architecture concepts and data structures

  • Strong knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Strong experience in either React, Angular or another modern front-end framework

  • Strong experience in either Node.js, Angular or another modern back-end framework

  • Exposure to cloud services like Azure Cloud Services or Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a plus

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

  • Logical, analytical, and creative approach to problem-solving

  • Detail-oriented work style

  • Experience with additional front-end frameworks or libraries like Blazor (C#) is a plus
