A Game Designer who lives and breathes games. Someone who is ready to lead projects from concept to launch, craft innovative mechanics, and shape unforgettable player experiences.
- Own the game design process from idea to release.
- Create and balance engaging mechanics, systems, and game loops.
- Collaborate with artists, developers, and product teams to bring concepts to life.
- Iterate based on playtesting, feedback, and player data.
- Keep designs fresh by staying ahead of industry trends.
- Proven experience leading multiple game projects, ideally in casual/mobile.
- Previous experience working with Unity - advantage.
- Experience working with AI tools.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- At least one commercially launched game with measurable success.
- Strong ability to invent new mechanics and think across genres.
- Experience from concept through QA, production, and post-launch updates.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for creating.
